Virtual before and goal

  Well talk about an eye opener. I look like a swollen version of the person I see in the mirror. Why is our body image so warped? I don't know about you but the person I see in pics is not the same lady I see in the mirror each day. Anyways I was fiddling around on a site http://www.mvm.com/cs/ not only can you do before and after but even little progress pics like every 8 weeks or so:) I am big on seeing where I came from and maybe you are too. So now I have set up a goal of what I would LOVE to look like in one year. I am getting my butt to the market in the next few days and getting one day at a time closer to the future me.
